You may not use, reproduce, scrape, harvest, mine, download, process, store, or otherwise exploit any Content for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, developing, improving, evaluating, benchmarking, prompting, or otherwise contributing to any artificial intelligence system, machine learning model, large language model, generative AI application, automated decision-making system, or similar technology.

This prohibition includes:

• AI model training;
• Dataset creation;
• Data mining;
• Web scraping for AI purposes;
• Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems;
• AI-generated summaries for commercial use;

• Automated extraction of website content;
• Synthetic content generation derived from website content.

Any AI-related use of Content requires prior written authorization from Sunil Malhotra.
